This intriguing set from 1936, came out on the eve of Warld War 2. The fronts show a picture of the soldier in front of his national flag. The back is a description of his qualities and abilities. There are 2 Americans, 2 Germans, 3 British, 3 French and 2 Italians in the set. Horrible centering and a light brown staining makes these cards difficult in high grade.
